    AVANT-GUARDE 2

“AVANT-GUARDE II”. DESIGN OF THE INTERIOR
    Location: Kiev
State of the object: at the implementation stage
    Living area: 166 sq. m.
    Number of rooms: 5

The layout of the rooms is well thought out. We created a comfortable space for rest, work and study. Two functional levels appeared in the two-storied apartments. The first zone combines a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The second functional area is a private area. It includes a master bedroom, two children’s rooms, and a guest room. There are also private bathrooms for adults and children. The apartments has a place for such utility space like a walk-in closet with a niche for a washing machine.
We proposed a combination of minimalism and loft. The owners supported the decision to leave the concrete ceiling uncovered. This transformed the interior design becoming its peculiar aesthetic highlight.
The variations of gray and white colors are used in combination with warm shades and a rich texture of natural wood. The textile decoration is picked up also in tone of color pallet of each room.
The interior is decorated with bright panels with an abstract pattern of rich green color.
